“Ric was my daughter’s coach for nearly 5 years. My daughter, now 15, currently is a midfielder playing on a top level EGSL team in the Bay Area. To this day, she credits Coach Ric with her development as a player, from her technical skills to her tactical approach to the game. Most importantly, through his positive and passionate encouragement, Ric helped foster in her a true love of soccer which has in turn taught her the value of hard work, discipline, and commitment. He brought his energy, passion, and commitment to his players to every practice, game, and tournament, going above and beyond in every way as a coach.“
